2. Subject of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern the conditions for email subscription through the online platforms operated by the Provider.
The Provider currently does not offer paid services, does not sell products, and does not enter into sales contracts with users.
3. Description of the Service
The Provider offers the opportunity for interested parties to subscribe by providing their email address to:
- receive notifications about the Provider's future developments,
- receive information about the Provider's activities,
- receive marketing or informational messages in the future.
Subscription is voluntary and can be cancelled at any time.
4. Conditions of Subscription
By subscribing, the User declares that:
- the email address provided is genuine and is under their own use,
- they are authorized to use the email address,
- they accept these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
The Provider is entitled to delete email addresses that are obviously incorrect, false, or provided in violation of the law.
5. Termination of Service
The Provider reserves the right to modify or terminate the subscription service at any time without prior notification.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Provider assumes no responsibility for:
- temporary unavailability of the email service,
- failure to deliver emails (e.g., due to spam filtering),
- delays resulting from technical issues.
7. Amendments to These Terms
The Provider is entitled to unilaterally amend these Terms and Conditions.
Amendments take effect on the day of publication.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Hungarian law.
